Head HR & Admin

to lead our human resources and administrative functions, fostering a culture of excellence and efficiency.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Strategic HR Planning and Policy Development

Design and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to align with organizational goals and promote sustainable growth.Talent Acquisition and Performance Management

Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and talent development processes. Must have a strong network of recruiting Sales & marketing team and also have good knowledge of job portals.Drive performance management systems to enhance team productivity and individual growth.Employee Engagement and Industrial Relations

Foster a positive workplace culture through employee engagement initiatives.Address grievances and maintain harmonious industrial relations.Administrative Leadership and Compliance

Manage administrative functions, including facilities, vendor relations, and compliance with labor laws and regulations.Compensation, Benefits, and Budget Management

Develop competitive compensation structures and oversee payroll operations.Manage HR budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and employee satisfaction.Qualifications:

Education:BBA or B.comMBA (HR & Marketing)
