Roles and Responsibilities:🎨 Brand Management:
  1. 🎯 Oversee marketing elements such as logo design, product packaging, and online platforms to ensure cohesive brand identity.
  2. 📊 Research market trends, demographics, and pricing strategies to develop effective branding strategies.
📈 Performance Analysis:
  1. 🔍 Monitor and analyze brand performance and customer feedback to refine strategies as needed.
📢 Promotional Activities:
  1. 🛍️ Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows to showcase products and services.
🎯 Strategic Branding:
  1. 🌟 Ensure all branding efforts align with business goals, including increasing brand equity, awareness, and profitability.
  2. 🚀 Develop, implement, and manage long-term branding strategies.
🤝 Team Collaboration:
  1. 🤝 Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to drive brand awareness and engagement.
📋 Content Creation:
  1. ✍️ Create and manage promotional content for ATL and BTL performance marketing to strengthen product branding.


Qualifications:
  • 🎓 Education: MBA (Brand Marketing)
  • 🗂️ Experience: Proven track record in branding strategies, performance marketing, and promotional activities, ideally within the beauty and personal care industry.
