Job Description :

- We are seeking a highly motivated Azure Support Professional to join our team.

- In this role, candidate will be responsible for ensuring the availability and reliability of our customers' Azure infrastructure and ensuring backups are present for any potential scenario.

- In addition to technical expertise, we are looking for someone who has a strong analytical mindset and a passion for problem-solving.

- This is a full-time position that requires working in the office, with no remote possibility.

- You will have the opportunity to work for one of the best IT companies in the world and to develop your skills in a dynamic environment.

Key Requirement :

- 1-2 Years experience in Azure with preferred experience in Azure Backup and Recovery Services.

- Active directory domain services (ADDS) + LDAP.

- RBAC Role/ Custom roles basic understanding.

- Experience in backup and recovery of virtual machines, understanding SQL and or SAP HANA cross-region, and Azure File Shares is a pro.

- Ability to troubleshoot backup and recovery issues and restore data.

- Familiar with Azure backup and recovery monitoring and reporting tools.

- Understanding of Azure Site Recovery and disaster recovery best practices

- Ability to read and understand logs and perform basic scripting using tools such as Python, PowerShell and Kusto

Added Advantage :

- Experience in Azure Active Directory and related technologies such as Azure AD Connect, LDAP, RBAC, Azure AD B2C and B2B, and Managed Identities.

- A prior role in IT as a customer support role.

- A basic understanding of ITIL fundamentals.
