Job Responsibilities:
* Supply Chain Oversight: Manage supplier relationships to ensure timely inventory management that meets consumer demand without overstock.
* Shipping and Fulfillment: Oversee the packaging and timely dispatch of our products to customers.
* Customer Service Management: Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries. Handle returns, and manage complaints.
* Financial Management: Execute basic financial operations including invoicing, petty cash management
* Administrative Duties: Manage day-to-day office operations, maintain records, manage schedules, and support our team to ensure smooth and efficient office functionality.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience in an administrative role with responsibilities in the supply chain, customer service, or related fields.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with various business software.
* Passion for skincare and an alignment with Meau's brand values and mission.
