Role Overview

We're hiring a
Business Development Intern / Executive
to join our dynamic team in Gurugram. This role involves
cold calling, lead generation, client outreach
, and building long-term relationships with potential partners, sponsors, and participants. You'll be at the forefront of our growth journey, contributing directly to the success of our events.

Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively identify and contact potential clients via cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of leads and business opportunities
  • Schedule and attend virtual or in-person meetings with prospective clients
  • Create and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations
  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align on outreach strategies
  • Represent the company at events, meetings, and client engagements
  • Maintain accurate records of outreach and update internal CRM systems
  • Provide regular feedback and reporting to the leadership team

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
  • Confident, presentable, and comfortable speaking with clients and stakeholders
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Passion for sports, sales, and event experiences
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable
  • Quick learner and problem-solver with a go-getter attitude
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Google Workspace (CRM knowledge is a plus)
  • Prior experience in sales, customer service, or events is a plus, but not mandatory

Eligibility & Qualifications

  • Recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Sports Management, or a related field
  • Freshers and early-career professionals (Gen Z welcome) encouraged to apply
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to
    Gurugram
  • Comfortable with cold calling and pursuing a career in sales
  • Budget:
    INR 30,000 per month
