Requirements:
- 14+ years of customer centric product management experience, with a substantial focus in the EdTech industry.- Adeptness in strategic thinking and proven track record of strategy implementation in products and platforms- Deep understanding of User Centered Design and experience in implementation in products- Working understanding of EdTech learning related products particularly for Enterprises- A proven track record of developing and launching successful educational products and platforms to internal stakeholders and clients- Exceptional leadership skills with high cross functional collaboration capability with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, coupled with excellent communication and presentation skills particularly in negotiation, selling, pitching scenarios- Deep understanding of the educational technology landscape, including regulatory and compliance requirements.- Experience with agile development methodologies and user-centered design principles.- Advanced degrees or educational technology certifications are highly advantageous.
Responsibilities:
- Define and lead the product strategy with strong emphasis on customer centric and strategic thinking and roadmap, ensuring alignment with the company's vision and goals for talent skilling.- Oversee the lifecycle of complex product lines, from ideation and development through launch, growth, and iteration.- Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the EdTech space.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support to deliver high-impact products.- Act as a product evangelist, articulating the product vision internally and externally to leadership stakeholders and clients. Lead product demos to internal and external stakeholders.- Facilitate feature and scope sign offs from key stakeholders and create product roadmaps with milestones.- Prioritize tradeoffs, clarify requirements, and work to drive user stories to acceptance throughout the Agile software development lifecycle.- Participate in Sprint planning, review, technical release planning, and retrospective meetings and provide feedback to the team- Utilize data-driven decision-making to prioritize product features and enhancements that align with user needs and business objectives.- Engage closely with the L&D to gain insights into user experiences and integrate feedback into product development.- Drive go-to-market strategies and coordinate with marketing and sales teams to ensure successful product launches.- Mentor and develop junior product managers and team members, fostering an environment of continuous learning and growth
