Requirement :
We are looking for an Engineering and product leader with at least 10+ years of industry experience in building products and has lead growth teams in the past.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of engineers in the Growth workstream, setting clear goals and priorities.- Work with cross-functional collaborators (Product, Design, and Marketing) to develop and execute growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, and retention.- Focuses on creating sustainable growth loops that help in increasing overall revenue.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, and data science, to identify growth opportunities and prioritize initiatives.- Conduct data analysis to identify key growth drivers.- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact of growth initiatives and iterate on strategies accordingly.- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in growth hacking and apply them to our products.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field; Master's degree preferred.- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least two years of high focus on growth engineering or related fields.- Strong technical skills, including proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Reactjs, Nodejs, etc.- Strong experience in shaping Growth oriented projects using data analytics- Strong expertise in Cloud Architecture, deployment, and optimization (GCP/AWS).- Strong hold on database technologies (Mongo, Elastic, etc. ).- Experience with data analysis and visualization tools.- Excellent leadership and communication skills.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
