Lascade is a fast-growing mobile app studio building a diverse portfolio of subscription-based apps across health, travel, utilities, and education. We’re looking for a Performance Marketing Specialist to drive user acquisition and growth through data-driven strategies and bold, creative advertising.What You'll Do:- Run and scale paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (UAC, Search, Display), TikTok Ads, and more.- Work with the product and creative teams to develop high-performing ad creatives—both static and video.- Own performance dashboards and reporting (GA, Firebase, AppsFlyer, MMPs).- Optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as CPA, ROAS, CTR, retention, and LTV.- Conduct A/B tests on ad creatives, landing pages, and funnel experiences.- Stay updated on platform algorithms, targeting hacks, and performance benchmarks.What We're Looking For:- Solid experience running ROI-driven paid campaigns in the mobile app space.- Familiarity with tools like Firebase, Google Analytics and MMPs- A strong creative mindset with knowledge of what makes thumb-stopping ad content.- Ability to analyze and interpret campaign data quickly and effectively.- Self-driven, analytical, and results-oriented mindset.
