Job Description We are looking for a highly capable and strategic Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our organization's daily activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring operational efficiency, aligning operations with company vision, driving performance, and contributing to business growth. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement effective business operations to drive efficiency and productivity.    Establish and enforce policies that align with and promote company culture, values, and long-term vision. Set and monitor strategic goals for performance, operational excellence, and growth.   Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company and coordinate the activities of department heads and executives. Lead and motivate team members to achieve peak performance, foster accountability, and encourage a high-performance culture. Evaluate company performance by analyzing data, metrics, and KPIs; identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures. Participate in strategic expansion activities, including partnerships, acquisitions, investments, and alliances. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, customers, vendors, partners, and other stakeholders. Use tracking tools and performance dashboards to monitor key processes and generate regular updates, forecasts, and reports for senior management.                                                                                  Requirements Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field. 6 months to 2 years of experience in business operations or a similar role; prior experience as an Operations Manager or General Manager is a plus. Strong understanding of business functions, operations management, and process optimization. Experience with performance metrics, KPIs, and data-driven decision-making. Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
