Responsibilities : Identify and research potential clients, markets, and business opportunities. Monitor and evaluate market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activity to inform business decisions. Generate leads through various channels. Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Understand client requirements and propose suitable products or solutions. Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales pitches. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Track sales activities, prepare reports, and analyze performance against targets. Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. Demonstrate strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms, their operations, and offerings to communicate value to potential clients. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience in business development, sales, or client relationship management is a plus. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Target-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
