Monitor, track, and report key performance metrics such as traffic, conversions, ROI, and campaign effectiveness. Research and implement strategies to attract and retain sellers on the platform, strengthening marketplace growth. Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends, tools, and marketing innovations to maintain a competitive edge. Ensure compliance with brand, legal, and ethical standards in all marketing and promotional activities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.. Excellent command of English and Hindi. Strong research, strategic thinking, and communication skills. Ability to analyze data, track KPIs, and generate performance reports. Proficiency in MS Office, Google Workspace, and marketing automation tools. Experience with e-commerce platforms is an added advantage.
