IIMI is looking for a dynamic and motivated candidate in the position of Assistant Project Manager level professional to navigate through the complexities and streamline the project operations.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Hiring for Non voice process and it is completely Work form Office
  • People Management, Coaching & Feedback, Service Improvement, Reporting & Performance Management.
  • Set goals, monitor productivity of team members, and manage turnaround time.
  • Maintaining client requirements like, ETA, Quality, and accuracy.
  • Managing client and internal communications through e-mail or over the conference calls
  • Effectively coach direct reports on their performance on a regular basis to ensure performance metrics are achieved at a minimum weekly.
  • Provide necessary supports to the team so that a better work environment can be maintained.
  • Developing quality and efficiency KPIs for your product lines and highlight any issues that may negatively impact the achievement of these targets.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in handling escalated queries as and when needed.
  • Ability to handle and accomplish multiple tasks and resolve.
  • Provide recommendations for strategies and process improvements to add value to teams and Clients


REQUIREMENT:

  • BFSI (Banking, Financial services & Insurance) domain preferred
  • Title Search Insurance (US Mortgage) experience will get an added advantage, even though this is not a mandatory
  • Must be a Graduate
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Good communication skills (Written and verbal) are required to understand and communicate with the internal stake holders\Clients
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
  • Minimum 2-3 years’ experience in BPO/KPO Industry as a “Supervisor” or “Assistant Manager” role on paper (Mandatory)
  • Has to be open to working extended periods/weekends when necessary.
  • Salary as per Industry Standard


OTHER INFORMATION:

  • This is a complete night shift
  • Work from Office
  • Fixed Week Off (Saturday and Sunday)
