Job Overview:


We are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Operations Manager (Arenas) to oversee the daily operations of our sports facility. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in sports management or related fields, and a passion for sports and community engagement.


Key Responsibilities:


Manage the day-to-day operations of the sports fields and facilities, ensuring optimal conditions for all sports activities.

Oversee the maintenance of sports fields, including turf management, field markings, and equipment upkeep.

Coordinate with coaches, trainers, and other staff to ensure high-quality service delivery.

Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Monitor and manage inventory, including sports equipment and supplies.

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional manner.

Prepare and manage budgets, track expenses, and report on financial performance.

Promote and market the facility to attract new members and clients.

Organize and coordinate events, tournaments, and programs to engage the local community.

Foster a positive and inclusive environment for all members and staff.


Qualifications:


1. Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. 1-2 years of experience in sports management, operations, or a related area.

3. Strong leadership and team management skills.

4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

6. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

7. Passion for sports and community engagement.

8. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with scheduling and management software.
