Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage all aspects of office operations at ADBC Media Channel. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in operations management, preferably within the media or broadcasting industry. This role requires strong leadership abilities, excellent organizational skills, and a deep understanding of operational processes.
Responsibilities:Take full responsibility for the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring smooth functioning and efficiency across all departments.Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline workflows and improve productivity.Manage office resources, including budgeting, procurement, and inventory control.Oversee facilities management, including maintenance, security, and office infrastructure.Lead and mentor a team of administrative and operational staff, providing guidance and support as needed.Collaborate with department heads to coordinate and optimize cross-functional workflows.Monitor and evaluate operational performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions.Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and health and safety standards.Prepare regular reports and presentations for senior management, outlining operational achievements, challenges, and goals.
Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.Proven track record of at least 10 years in operations management, with significant experience in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of office management systems and procedures.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.Strategic thinker with the ability to make sound decisions in fast-paced environments.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in the media or broadcasting industry is highly desirable.Certification in Operations Management or related field.
