Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resources
- Assist in recruitment & onboarding (posting jobs, scheduling interviews, joining formalities)
- Support in payroll inputs (leave, attendance, overtime, deductions).
- Handle employee engagement activities (events, feedback surveys, communication).
- Assist with the performance appraisal process and maintain appraisal records.
- Draft HR letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, resignation acceptance, etc.).
Administration
- Manage office administration (supplies, facilities, vendor coordination).
- Oversee attendance systems, ID cards, and access control.
- Coordinate travel bookings, accommodation, and logistics for staff.
- Handle health, safety, and welfare arrangements at the workplace.
- Ensure smooth functioning of day-to-day office operations.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1–2 years of experience in HR & Admin (freshers with internships may be considered).
- Knowledge of HR policies, statutory compliance, and labour laws (advantage).
- Strong organizational & multitasking skills.
- Good communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office / MS Excel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
