Role & responsibilities
Conversion of leads received from various marketing channelsGenerate revenue by developing, maintaining customer relationships andpositioning our training programsDevelop / Execute Inside Sales plans including Lead Generation and ClosureConsistently achieve revenue targets in line with team/organizational objectivesManaging pre-sales to post-sales support activities for the customersBe able to create and maintain a pipeline of leads based on the target parametersset by the organizationHandle inbound, unsolicited prospect communication and convert them intoqualified leadsDrive customer relationships through the funnel from prospect to qualified anddeliver qualified opportunities to the sales team.Develop a sales pipeline through online sources, customer contacts, social networksAbility to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, team environment.Minimum 1+ years of inside sales experience in an inside sales role.Must be organized and detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skillscold - callings, generating leads and revenue from references from past customers
Preferred candidate profile
Ed-Tech experience preferredAt least 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in Edu-Tech or related domainsExcellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targetsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks, work well under pressure, and meet deadlines with minimal supervisionExperience in managing leads effectively and maintaining relationships with clientsBachelor's degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related fieldFamiliarity with CRM software and lead management toolsAbility to work collaboratively and effectively with cross-functional teams
