With a passion for helping others, the candidate must be an effective communicator with excellent system skills and the ability to hone in on a problem to resolve it quicklyKey Job Responsibilities

Resolve support requests in SuccessFactors and work with Vendors on problem solutioning as a second-tier support.Drive quarterly patch testing process with internal teams to carry out tests and identify problems with new patchSupport the HRIS Manager on any functional enhancement requests in (modules include Employee Central, Onboarding, Compensation, Management, and Taleo Integration)Support activities identified in the HRIS Roadmap and governance strategy in partnership with IT, Security and business stakeholders.Maintain system processes and requirements within configuration workbooks and other documentationReview and assist with updating HRIS file imports, such as salary changes, checklist allocation, etc.Participate in internal data governance audit reviews; identify and share requested improvements and ensure system users follow best practice approachAssist with internal and external audit requestsHas a high degree of understanding and adherence of the confidentiality of informationMaturity to be able to organize themselves to complete critical tasks first and rank less critical tasks correctly.Preferred Areas of Education & Certifications:

Fulltime Degree in IT or HRKnowledge of HR operations.Excellent analytical, problem solving and communication skills.Automation Experience

Years of Relevant Work Experience Required3+ years of overall HRIS or IT Support experience with a proven track record of assisting resolution to regular problemsFunctional contributor to system enhancements and changesRelease Management and integrations experienceExcellent communication, collaboration and time management skillsExperience with an HRIS System (required)Experience with Oracle Fusion and/or Taleo (nice to have)Experience with Workday (nice to have)
