This is a tactical, hands-on role with clear goals: keep CAC tight, spend smart, and grow fast. You'll work closely with Cori (our Head of Growth) and a fractional Head of Growth to drive performance, test creative, and iterate fast across ads, funnels, and landing pages.This role is perfect for someone who sees media buying as a craft and wants to deepen their experience in full-funnel growth. You've been in the trenches managing high-spend accounts and know what it takes to drive efficient, profitable growth.
