Hiring for a 6 Months internship for one of the top 3 Management Consulting firms globally

Locations - Gurgaon/Mumbai/Bangalore

Stipend - Paid

Role & responsibilities

  • Manage staffing processes and databases to a high level of accuracy, working on a variety of

weekly/monthly staffing reports

  • Support in developing presentations to communicate findings on Human Capital metrics,

trends and variances

  • Support in managing the updates to the Human Capital Staffing System and accurately

publishing the weekly utilization reports

  • Respond to ad hoc staffing information requests (as required)
  • Employee Satisfaction Survey Tools Support in planning and execution of satisfaction tracking tools measuring key metrics at the project team and office level, on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Support in creating the staffing dashboard, to include hours tracking, survey results, other

Employee Survey analysis, attrition analysis etc.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Bachelors/Master's degree in business, human resources, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with good Excel required, preferred knowledge of Alteryx and Tableau
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including an ability to present data effectively for a wide range of audiences
