Role Overview:

As a Brand Manager, you will play a key role in brand building, marketing campaigns, and product development. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance brand awareness, develop innovative sleep products, and drive business growth. This role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong project management skills.

Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy & Marketing Execution

● Assist in developing and executing brand strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and customer loyalty.

● Support 360-degree marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and retail channels.

● Ensure brand consistency in advertising, packaging, content, and communications.

● Work with creative teams to develop compelling brand content for social media, websites, and ad campaigns

New Product Development (NPD) & Innovation

● Manage end-to-end product development, from concept to launch, ensuring alignment with brand vision.

● Conduct market research to identify gaps, emerging trends, and consumer needs.

● Collaborate with R&D, design, and manufacturing teams for product innovation.

● Oversee packaging development, pricing strategies, and go-to-market execution.

● Track product performance post-launch and drive continuous improvements

Consumer Insights & Market Analysis

● Conduct competitor analysis and consumer research to gain actionable insights.

● Monitor sales performance, digital metrics, and customer feedback to refine brand strategies.

● Identify growth opportunities based on industry trends and innovation. Project Management & Cross-Functional Coordination

● Manage project timelines, budgets, and execution across multiple initiatives.

● Coordinate with sales, e-commerce, supply chain, and creative teams for smooth execution.Work with external agencies and vendors for marketing, packaging, and product development.

Qualifications & Skills

● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Product Management, or a related field

● 2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing, or product development (consumer goods, sleep, or wellness industry preferred).

● Strong knowledge of product development, branding, and consumer research.

● Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.

● Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

● Proficiency in digital marketing, analytics tools, and market research platforms.

● Passion for innovation, consumer brands, and the sleep industry.
