Roles
  • Headinga team of Business Leads overseeing their business acquisitiontasks managing the lead/conversion funnel and monitoring theirupkeep and growth thereafter
  • Operating as apoint of escalation for account briefs andenquiries
  • Maintaining strong professionalrelationships with clients leading to businessgrowth
  • Being seen as the authority on productand strategy by both colleagues andclients
  • Identifying growth opportunities withinteams and for accounts and pushing for their execution through theright channels and team members
  • Contributing tonew business presentations and analysis through insightsmedia/strategy plans and innovations
  • Managingworkload and assisting teams in prioritizing based on businessfunnels and companytargets

Qualifications
  • 5years of experience in digital marketing strategy and businessdevelopment with relevant experience in team management preferablywithin digital media and advertising
  • Workingknowledge of media channels campaign management experience andbusiness acquisition
  • Able to communicateeffectively with the client and internal teams acting as a liaisonfor briefs and escalated conversation
  • Strongknowledge of digital media current local trends in mediaconsumption marketing opportunities and businesstrends
  • Experience with negotiations pitches andthe ability to take the tougher executivecalls
