Job Purpose :

The Unified Engineering Digital Twin Consultant/Architect will spearhead the design and implementation of digital twin solutions, leveraging AVEVA Engineering and other industry-leading technologies.

This role is critical in enabling clients to optimise processes, predict outcomes, and drive data-driven decision-making. The Consultant/Architect will collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop digital twin models that enhance portfolio and solidify our leadership in the digital transformation space.

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Client Collaboration : Engage with clients and internal stakeholders to understand their specific business needs and requirements for digital twin implementations.

- Digital Twin Development : Design, develop, and deploy digital twin models using AVEVA Engineering solutions, ensuring accurate representation of real-world systems and processes through advanced data integration.

- 3D Model Integration : Work closely with EPC, in-house design, and planning teams to integrate 3D models and construction schedules, creating digital twin deliverables for enhanced project monitoring and tracking.

- Solution Optimization : Ensure the scalability, reliability, and security of digital twin solutions, leading continuous improvement efforts to optimise performance.

- Technology Leadership : Stay updated on the latest trends in digital twin technology and identify opportunities to apply emerging techniques to the projects.

- Team Mentorship : Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering knowledge sharing and skill development within the organisation.

- Sales Support : Collaborate with sales and business development teams in pre-sales activities, including conducting technical presentations and workshops for potential clients.

- Project Execution : Lead end-to-end execution of digital twin projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and timelines.

- Travel Requirements : Be prepared to travel to KSA as per project requirements.

Required Skills :

- Client Management & Presentation : Strong client management and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Technical Expertise : In-depth knowledge of digital twin technologies, simulation methodologies, and data integration techniques.

- Software Proficiency : Proficiency in Bentley Synchro, AVEVA ERM, PRIMAVERA, MSP, Navisworks, Power-BI, AVEVA E3D, AVEVA PID, AVEVA DIAGRAMS, AVEVA NET, AVEVA AIM, AVEVA ENGAGE, and similar tools on the Hexagon platform like SP3D.


- 3D Modeling : Familiarity with 3D modelling software from OEMs such as AVEVA, Hexagon, Autodesk, and Bentley.

- Dashboard & Reporting : Expertise in creating dashboards and reports tailored to client specifications.

- Problem Solving : Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to deliver innovative solutions to complex challenges.

- Communication : Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Required Competencies :

- Leadership : Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects from conception to completion.

- Adaptability : Ability to stay updated with emerging technologies and adapt solutions to meet evolving industry standards.

- Collaboration : Strong team player who can work effectively with diverse teams across multiple disciplines.

Qualifications and Work Experience :

- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Chemical, or Instrumentation Engineering.

- 15+ years of overall work experience

- 6-7 years of proven experience in designing, developing, and deploying digital twin solutions and deliverables (4D/5D/6D) across industries such as Oil and Gas, Construction, and Infrastructure.
