Company Overview:
Saison OMNI is a lending technology company which enables capital to be deployed into the lending ecosystem by transforming the way lenders (Banks/NBFCs) and originators (NBFCs/Aggregators/Platforms) interact through a unified platform. Through our proprietary co-lending/lending-as-a-service solution, we enlarge opportunities by digitizing and streamlining the discovery to loan management processes, thereby removing the traditional barriers to enable lending at greater scale and ease. Currently, Saison OMNI operates in India and Indonesia.
Saison OMNI is a subsidiary of Saison International, the international headquarters of Japan’s Credit Saison, one of the countries’ largest lending conglomerates that is listed on the Tokyo Stock Exchange. Saison International is headquartered in Singapore and its key business arms include debt & equity investments, corporate venture capital and technology. Saison International has a presence across Singapore, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, India, Brazil and Mexico.
Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate/Analyst to join our Strategy team within the CEO Office. This role is crucial in supporting the development and execution of strategic initiatives and managing key programs that drive our company’s growth and operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Analysis and Planning: Assist in analyzing market trends, competitive landscape, and business performance to support strategic decision-making. Conduct research and gather data to inform strategic initiatives and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
- Program Management: Support the planning, execution, and monitoring of key strategic programs and projects. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure program milestones and deliverables are met on time and within scope.
- Reporting and Communication: Prepare detailed reports, presentations, and executive summaries for the CEO and other senior executives. Track and communicate progress on strategic initiatives and program outcomes to stakeholders.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies within the organization. Assist in implementing best practices and standardized processes to enhance program management capabilities.
- Stakeholder Management: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather input, manage expectations, and drive collaboration on strategic projects. Support the development of key relationships and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications:
Education: CA, Bachelor’s degree in science/technology, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in strategy, management consulting or business analysis, preferably within the Fintech or SaaS industry. Proven track record of working on strategic projects and managing complex initiatives is a plus.
Skills & Attributes:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficient in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) and presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
