Responsibilities -
Delegating and directing service tasks
Monitoring the progress of current projects
Managing service team members to ensure the team's objectives and targets are achieved
Handling customer complaints or concerns quickly and professionally to maintain good customer relationships and ensure repeat customers
Setting up and maintaining a service desk and evaluating its efficiency
Resolving service desk problems and improving service methods to increase the service desk's productivity and customer service
Monitoring department issues and client complaints to create methods to lessen recurring issues
Customer service to the highest standards benchmarking automobile industry practices
Maintaining strong relationships with dealers and sales representatives
To Support for the training and development of new employees in line with the company procedures
Required Skills:
Deep Knowledge of Electric Vehicle (EV) Systems
Battery management systems (BMS), electric drivetrains, charging technologies, and thermal management.
Understanding of high-voltage systems, inverters, and controllers.
Diagnostics and Troubleshooting
Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and software for electric vehicles.
Expertise in resolving complex electrical and mechanical issues.
Telematics and IoT Integration
Familiarity with telematics systems, predictive maintenance technologies, and connected vehicle ecosystems.
Regulations and Standards
Awareness of safety standards (e.g., ISO 26262, IEC 61851) and compliance requirements for EVs.
Knowledge of Software Updates
Experience in over-the-air (OTA) software updates and firmware management for HCVs.
