We manage a global portfolio of publishers who come in all different shapes and sizes and are their champions when it comes to all things performance – and we’re looking for an Account Management Team Leader to join us on this adventure.You will own a large portfolio of existing global accounts, and your priority will be seeking out ways to grow their revenue and jumping on any opportunity you have to discuss these with them. You will use data and your excellent communication skills to explain the value proposition of these optimisations, and with 800 clients in your portfolio, you’ll know how to prioritize and manage your time effectively. You will manage a team of account managers across multiple regions and help them be successful at their respective responsibilities, tasks, and individual targets.This is an excellent opportunity for somebody who is hungry to build off any initial sales experience and wants to learn the ins-and-outs of the entire sales process, from prospecting to closing. And, be part of the team’s success story.What skills and qualifications do I need?For this role it is essential that you:Excellent business-level English communicationEffective client handling with at least 3-4 years client facing experience in sales or account management capacityProficiency with data analytics tools and platforms; have a data-driven / analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skillsAbility to effectively prioritize and manage tasks within a fast-paced environmentAre self-motivated, entrepreneurial and comfortable dealing with ever-evolving situations, processes and productAbility to work independently to meet deadlinesFlexibility in work schedule to meet client demandsExperience in people & performance management and/or team coordinationNice to haves include:Prior experience in or understanding of the ad-tech spacePeople management experience across different regionsWhat will I be doing on a day-to-day today basis?

As an Optimise Account Management Team Leader, you will:Be an expert on how to achieve success with Taboola’s product offering for small and medium-sized publisher partners.Utilize data analytics tools to analyze sales performance and generate comprehensive dashboard reports.Identify upsell opportunities by using data and an analytical mindsetOffer guidance and develop strategies for your direct reports, supporting them in achieving their goals.Use your consultative skills to speak with our publisher partners via video conferencing and the phone, understand their objectives and suggest ways that Taboola can help them get there.Identify and pitch upsell opportunities, and assist direct reports in strategizing to close these opportunities at scale.Own team’s quarterly revenue and activity targets.Coordinate and manage a team to ensure efficient workflow and achieve set goals.Collaborate cross-functionally with business operations and professional services to enhance operational efficiency.What is Taboola?Taboola is the world’s leading content discovery platform, serving 360B recommendations to over 1B unique visitors each month on the web’s most innovative publisher sites, including the BBC, Axel Springer, LeFigaro, Evening Standard, NBC, USA Today and moreSince our inception in 2007, Taboola’s team of ninja-like engineers and digital media experts has built the world’s largest and most advanced discovery platform – or “search engine just the other way around” – that provides more than a billion users each month with personalized recommendations on many of the most innovative and most visited websites on the internet.Thousands of leading publishers (e.g. India today, Zee, NDTV) and media agencies use Taboola’s innovative technology to increase user engagement, monetize their traffic and distribute content to committed users on the web.Today there are more than 1,400 taboolars around the world (and the number is growing) connecting users to content they might like but didn’t know existed.
