Position Title : Regional Sales Manager (2 Positions)
Head Quarters : (1) Banglore (2) Mumbai
Educational Qualification : Graduate / Post-Graduate
Experience : Around 10 years of experience in Pet Food / Veterinary Pharma industry
CTC : Best in the industry
Roles :
- Responsible for driving primary and secondary sales in the region
- Appointment of distributor for servicing the retailer channel partners
- Responsible for activating retail outlets- Pet shop, clinics, wholesale vet pharmacy outlets
- Monitor the daily journey plan of TSI as per beat to cover outlets for merchandising and order booking
- Ensuring right share of shelf for the products inside the outlet
- Building healthy and mutually beneficial relationship with accounts to drive sales
- Negotiating with outlets for brand visibility, branding, additional space ( secondary visibility)
- Support the distributor in planning timely deliveries of stock and collection
- Manpower planning and appointment of field team to drive sales
- Provide timely inputs & information to line manager on competition best practices
- Work on reports - primary , secondary, collection and submit to Corporate Office
