Your main KPI is performance — real leads, real ROAS, real revenue.Key Responsibilities:Strategically launch and manage Google Performance Max campaignsTarget local and regional SMBs in the USAUse a test-and-scale approach — build hypotheses, validate with data, scale winnersOptimize campaign structure, creative assets, ad copy, audience signals, and bidding strategiesProvide weekly reports and actionable insights (CPC, CPL, ROAS, lead quality, etc.)Own campaign performance — be responsible for hitting lead and sales KPIsCoordinate with internal sales/marketing teams on alignment and landing page optimizationYou Must Have:Proven experience running Performance Max campaigns for SMBsUnderstanding of North American SMB segments and customer behaviorAbility to set up conversion tracking, first-party audience signals, and campaign structure for max performanceExpertise in lead generation, ROAS optimization, and scaling budgetStrong communication, English proficiency, and result ownership.
