**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, create, and manage Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Video, Shopping).
- Set up and optimize Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns, including audience targeting and A/B testing.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research for ad targeting.
- Monitor ad performance and make data-driven optimizations to improve CTR, conversions, and ROI.
- Manage campaign budgets and ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Prepare performance reports and present insights to the marketing team.
- Stay updated on platform policies, industry trends, and new advertising tools/features.
- Coordinate with the creative team to design high-performing ad creatives.

**Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- 1-3 years of experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Google Ads: 1 year (preferred)
