Job Responsibilities:


  • Engage with clients to understand their business goals, challenges, and user needs. Translate them into experience touchpoints.
  • Conduct and plan design workshops and collaborative sessions to gather client input and align on project objectives.
  • Help with inputs on project plans outlining the scope, timelines, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and lead the project by setting up key design milestones and expectations.
  • Conduct comprehensive user research, translating findings into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Facilitate design thinking workshops with clients to ideate and conceptualize innovative UX solutions.
  • Create wireframes and design iterations while working closely with the UI team to visually communicate proposed solutions.
  • Collaborate with clients to refine designs, ensuring alignment with their brand and user expectations.
  • Organize and conduct usability testing sessions with end-users, incorporating client feedback into design refinements.
  • Educate clients on UX best practices, the value of user-centered design, and the impact on business outcomes.
  • Mentor a team of UX designers on achieving a unified UX vision across the Born Creative Team.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Design, and other Engineering teams to effectively align resources to meet client goals and roadmap commitments.

Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., HCI, Design, Business) or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience as a UX Consultant in a client-facing role, demonstrating successful collaboration with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex UX concepts to clients.
  • Portfolio of design projects that demonstrate user-centered design principles.
  • Proven experience in team leadership and project management.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent presentation skills


Good to Have:


  • Experience in a service-based organization catering to diverse industry verticals.
  • Familiarity with client industries such as telco, e-commerce, enterprise applications, FMCG, etc.
  • Proficiency in AI Tools
