Our core services include Design Thinking workshops, Customer Experience(CX) Design, UX UI Research, Strategy and Design, Design Systems, Product Management, Mobile App Development and Web Development and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop strong UI designs for any platform or device
  • Ensure all digital designs consider UX and accessibility requirements
  • Maintain a high level of quality control throughout the design process
  • Own creative briefs from start to finish
  • Oversee other designer's outputs and monitor the design process
  • Mentor and oversee junior designers and provide input and feedback to improve their work
  • Support Directors with accurate time estimates for tasks, and ensure proposed solutions are within budget
  • Collaborate with all team members to meet tight deadlines
  • Stay up to date on the latest design trends, and share new insights with the team
  • Prepare presentations for stakeholders and management board
  • Create digital interactive prototypes to bring UX concepts to life
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to ensure the designs are feasible, scalable, and align with the business goals

What we are looking for:

  • Minimum 3 to 5 years of work experience
  • Strong portfolio that showcases your experience creating compelling new UI designs and visual product experiences
  • Bachelor's degree in Interaction Design, Product Design, Human-computer Interaction (HCI), or equivalent
  • Proven experience creating and shipping user interface designs at scale
  • Expert understanding of visual systems and best practices, including layout, typography and have a curiosity and eye for pushing visual design in interfaces forward
  • Experience building and working with design systems, and the ability to extend them to scale products in new and bold directions
  • Proven ability to communicate deep design thinking at all levels of the organization
  • Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Invision; iOS/Android native app patterns, responsive/HTML/CSS design
  • Experience collaborating with motion designers, illustrators and developers
  • Experience designing for mobile apps or other interactive digital platforms.
  • Motion experience is a plus
