Key Responsibilities1)

Innovative Design:
Transform user insights into compelling design prototypes, features, and specifications. Ensure high-quality deliverables that captivate and engage.2)

Leadership & Collaboration:
Lead the design process from concept to final hand-off, fostering creativity and innovation within the team.3)

Client & User Engagement:
Collaborate with clients and users to understand their needs and translate them into exceptional products, websites, and applications.4)

Design Systems Mastery:
Develop and implement comprehensive design systems and components, ensuring consistency and scalability.5)

Problem-Solving:
Identify and address UX issues, utilising user feedback and usability testing to refine and enhance the user experience.6)

Mentorship:
Guide and mentor a team of UX designers, promoting a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
What You'll Do1)

End-to-End Design Execution:

Lead and execute in all design stages, from initial concept through wireframing to visual design to final hand-off for development, ensuring flawless execution.

Prototyping & Specifications:
Create high-quality design prototypes, features, and specifications that reflect deep user insights and client needs.3)

Review & Feedback:
Critically review wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and visual designs to ensure they meet ProCreator standards and client expectations.4) Design Systems &

Problem-Solving:
Establish and maintain comprehensive design systems. Proactively troubleshoot UX issues and incorporate feedback to enhance the user experience.5)

Team Leadership:
Mentor junior designers, fostering their growth and ensuring high-quality output across projects.
Requirements 1)

Experience:
At least 4/5 years in UI/UX design with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.2)

UX Methodologies:
Proficiency in UX methodologies, including research, personas, wire-framing, and prototyping.3)

Design Expertise:

Ability to translate user journeys into visually stunning and intuitive UI designs, with a strong understanding of UI principles.

Design Systems:
Proven experience in building and utilising design systems, with advanced skills in Figma.5)

Communication:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to articulate design decisions to clients and stakeholders effectively.6) Leadership &

Mentorship:
Willingness to mentor and support junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.7)

Critical Thinking:
Strong analytical skills to tackle complex design challenges and propose innovative solutions.8)

Bonus Skills:
Experience with motion design/prototyping tools like After Effects and ProtoPie.

Let's create extraordinary digital experiences togetherRequirementsWhat kind of candidate are we looking for? Have designed user interfaces for mobile and web platforms in the past.

2+ years of experience in the UI / UX field. Familiar with UX methodologies – research, interviews, personas, competitor research, sitemap, wire framing, responsive design and prototyping.

Familiar with UI principles and being able to translate a given user-experience journey into a visually great and intuitive UI.

Experience building and utilising design systems. Experience using Figma. Being able to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders about your team's design decisions & choices. Being willing to mentor junior designers on your team, helping them grow and providing constructive feedback. Strong critical thinking and analytical skills. Proactive in proposing ideas and ensuring the design standards across the projects are maintained. Proficient (written and verbal) in the English language. Brownie points if you know prototyping /motion design tools like After Effects, ProtoPie, etc.

Someone who is keen and eager to learn, put forth ideas and loves the design as much as we do.

What will you do? Create wireframes and prototypes to communicate your ideas effectively. Create visual designs and user interfaces for the wireframes. Work in some capacity (executing, mentoring or leading) on at least 2 projects in parallel. Communicate with the client to understand the project requirements and scope. Present and rationalize your design decisions and stick to well-known design guidelines while designing interfaces.

Collaborate with team members across verticals (development, graphic design and content) to bring the product you're working on to life.

Train (around best practices for designs) and manage junior designers. Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry's standards.
