Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Team Leader for Google Pay at NetAmbit, located in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Team Leader will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals, overseeing the merchant acquisition process, and driving high incremental revenue. Daily tasks include setting and tracking sales targets, providing coaching and training to team members, conducting field audits, and managing client relationships. The Team Leader will also ensure compliance with company policies and maintain accurate records of sales activities.

  • Ability to conduct Field Audits and manage client relationships
  • Coaching, training, and team development skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in digital leads fulfillment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
