Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic professional to lead our International Holiday Planning division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in itinerary planning, travel operations, client servicing, and team management. This role requires strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional travel experiences.

  • Itinerary Planning & Development
  • Design, plan, and customize international holiday packages based on client preferences, budget, and market trends.
  • Negotiate with airlines, hotels, and international partners to create cost-effective and attractive packages.
  • Ensure travel itineraries are comprehensive, efficient, and aligned with customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Management
  • Oversee end-to-end international holiday operations, from bookings to final execution.
  • Ensure compliance with visa regulations, travel guidelines, and international policies.
  • Maintain vendor relationships and ensure timely service delivery.
  • Team Handling & Leadership
  • Lead, mentor, and guide a team of travel consultants and coordinators.
  • Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance knowledge of destinations, travel systems, and customer service.
  • Client Engagement
  • Handle high-value clients and ensure personalized service.
  • Resolve escalations and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Identify opportunities for repeat and referral business.
  • Business Growth & Strategy
  • Analyse market trends and competitor offerings to enhance holiday packages.
  • Develop strategies to increase sales and expand international holiday offerings.
  • Work closely with senior management to achieve organizational objectives.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Strong knowledge of international destinations, travel regulations, and tourism trends.
  • Expertise in itinerary planning and holiday package customization.
  • Excellent negotiation and vendor management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Problem-solving, decision-making, and customer service orientation.
  • Proficiency in travel software and MS Office tools.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Travel & Tourism / Hospitality / Business Management (preferred).
  • Relevant certifications in travel management will be an added advantage.
