Job Title: International Holiday Planner

Job Description: An International Holiday Planner is responsible for planning and organizing customized international holiday packages for clients. The role involves understanding client requirements, suggesting destinations and activities, coordinating with travel agents, booking flights and accommodations, creating itineraries, and ensuring a seamless travel experience for the client.

Key Responsibilities:

- Interact with clients to understand their holiday requirements and preferences.
- Provide suggestions for international destinations and activities based on client preferences and budget.
- Create customized travel itineraries for clients, including flights, accommodations, activities, and tours.
- Coordinate with travel agents and suppliers to book flights, accommodations, activities, and tours.
- Provide clients with detailed information about their itinerary, including travel and accommodation details, visa requirements, local customs, and emergency contact information.
- Manage client expectations and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure all necessary documentation and travel arrangements are in place before departure.
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during travel.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of international travel regulations, visa requirements, and other relevant information.

**Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's degree in hospitality management, tourism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an international holiday planner or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong organizational and planning skills.
- In-depth knowledge of international travel destinations, culture, and customs.
- Familiarity with travel booking platforms, such as Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo.
- Proficiency in MS Office and travel planning software.
- Ability to speak multiple languages is a plus.
