Domestic Holiday Planner

**Duties and Responsibilities**
1. Sales and Lead Management:
- Proactively engage with potential clients to understand their holiday needs.
- Use the Generated leads through various channels and convert them into sales.
- Meet and exceed sales targets.
2. Product Knowledge:
- Develop a strong understanding of domestic travel destinations, packages, and activities.
- Recommend suitable destinations and itineraries based on client preferences and budgets.
3. Client Communication:
- Address queries and provide detailed information on packages and services.
- Maintain a professional and friendly rapport with clients throughout the planning process.
4. Follow-Ups and Closings:
- Conduct timely follow-ups to ensure client engagement and satisfaction.
- Handle negotiations and close deals efficiently.
5. Operational Support:
- Coordinate with internal teams for bookings, confirmations, and customizations.
- Ensure smooth handover to operations for flawless execution of the holiday plan.
6. Feedback and Reporting:
- Collect feedback post-trip and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings.
Pay: ₹250,000.00 - ₹350,000.00 per year
