Job Description

Company Overview:  Our Client is a Greater Noida (UP) based leading manufacturer of holographic stickers, offering high-quality, innovative products that cater to a wide range of industries including security, branding, and packaging. Position Overview: The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the sales team, developing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a dynamic, results-oriented individual with a proven track record in sales, preferably in the manufacturing or printing industry. The Sales Manager will work closely with the marketing team, production department, and other stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and achieve company sales targets.


Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy and Planning:

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet company sales objectives.
    • Identify market opportunities and trends to position the company’s products effectively.
    • Set sales targets and KPIs for the sales team.
  • Team Leadership and Development:

    • Recruit, train, and manage the sales team.
    • Provide coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to team members.
    • Foster a positive team environment and motivate the team to achieve sales goals.
  • Customer Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners.
    • Handle high-level negotiations and close deals with major clients.
    • Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Market Research and Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and target markets.
    • Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions.
    • Monitor competitors and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Sales Operations:

    • Oversee the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
    • Collaborate with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
    • Prepare sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
  • Product Knowledge:

    • Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and services.
    • Educate the sales team and customers on product features and benefits.
    • Stay updated on industry developments and technological advancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar senior sales role.
  • Experience in the manufacturing or printing industry, particularly with holographic or security products, is highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and trends to make strategic decisions.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to travel as required.
