More details as below.Location : India (Remote)Type : Contract, 3 months extendableExperience : 10+ yearsShift - 4 am to 1 pm ISTKey ResponsibilitiesDesign, configure and maintain SAP security roles, profiles and authorisations across ECC, S/4 HANA, Fiori and BW.Manage user provisioning, access requests and licence assignments using SAP Identity Management (IDM).Apply position-based access control models where appropriate.Maintain Firefighter (FF) access via SAP GRC 12.Ensure compliance with internal policies, segregation of duties (So D) requirements and audit controls.Troubleshoot and resolve SAP authorisation issues, IDM provisioning problems and SAP cloud access challenges.Support security aspects of system maintenance, upgrades, migrations and new project implementations.Monitor SAP security logs, identify potential risks and take proactive action.Collaborate with functional, technical and audit teams to deliver secure and compliant SAP solutions.Prepare and maintain security documentation, reports and training materials.Lead and manage large-scale SAP Security design and restructuring projects.Provide high-level support, including complex problem determination, for SAP security across Development, Test/QA and Production environments. Technology & Tools ExposureSAP ECC, BW, Solution Manager, S/4 HANA, FioriSAP Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC)SAP Identity Management (IDM)Soterion security management toolSAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) Key Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of SAP security design principles and role architecture.Expertise in So D risk identification and remediation.Proven ability to manage complex projects in large-scale SAP environments.Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.Strong communication, stakeholder engagement and documentation skills. QualificationsTertiary qualifications in Information Technology, Computer Science or related field (or equivalent work experience).Minimum 8 years' experience in SAP Security, including role design, GRC and IDM.Experience with security in ECC, S/4 HANA, BW, Fiori and related SAP environments.Familiarity with cloud-based SAP security (e.g., SAP BTP).SAP security certifications (highly regarded). Performance MeasuresAccuracy and efficiency in delivering SAP security configurations.Reduction of audit findings and So D conflicts.Compliance with SLA targets for incident and request resolution.Positive feedback from stakeholders and audit teams.
