Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day coordination with partner teams for smooth credit operations. - Monitor portfolio performance and support in maintaining portfolio quality. - Assist in collection follow-ups on overdue cases in coordination with partner teams. - Prepare and maintain basic MIS/data for review. - Visit partner offices periodically to strengthen relationships and ensure process alignment. - Support cross-functional teams in partner-related activities as required. Qualifications & Skills: - 1-4 years of experience in NBFC/BFSI sector with exposure to sales/relationship management of secured/unsecured products - Strong relationship management and stakeholder handling skills. - Good understanding of credit processes, portfolio monitoring, and MIS. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, MIS).
