Job Description:

We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Manager with 2-4 years of experience to lead and manage our SEO, Social Media, and SEM efforts , along with campaign management and agency coordination. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving brand growth, improving visibility, and enhancing user engagement through organic and paid strategies.


Responsibilities :

Search Engine Optimization (SEO):

  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
  • Conduct keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, and site audits to ensure high performance.
  • Monitor SEO metrics, analyze data, and create actionable insights for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with content and tech teams to optimize pages, blogs, and landing pages for search engines.

Social Media Management:

  • Manage and grow ImpactGuru’s presence across social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).
  • Create and execute engaging content calendars, campaigns, and creatives to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Monitor social media performance using analytics tools, adjusting strategies to optimize results.
  • Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure on-brand messaging and visuals.

Search Engine Marketing (SEM):

  • Plan and manage paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other performance marketing channels.
  • Optimize ad campaigns to ensure maximum ROI, focusing on lead generation, conversions, and cost-efficiency.
  • Conduct A/B testing on creatives, keywords, and ad copies to improve performance.
  • Monitor campaign metrics, analyze data, and provide regular performance reports.

Campaign Management & Agency Coordination:

  • Plan, execute, and oversee end-to-end marketing campaigns across digital channels.
  • Collaborate with external agencies for SEO, paid ads, and creative support to ensure timely and effective delivery of goals.
  • Evaluate agency performance, provide feedback, and recommend strategies for improvement.


Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience managing SEO, social media, SEM, and performance marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
  • Proven ability to execute SEO strategies and manage paid campaigns with measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
