Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Chennai for Lemonpeak BPO. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, employer branding, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process to attract top talent to Lemonpeak.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years experience in hiring for international BPOs.Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills for Lemonpeak BPO.Employer Branding expertiseInterviewing proficiencyExperience in recruiting processesStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to work effectively in a team environmentKnowledge of labor legislation and hiring best practicesBachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
