Summary:

Designation: Account Manager (Digital)
Job Location: Udyog Vihar, Phase - 5, Gurugram
Years of experience: Minimum 4 to 6 years of account management experience with a leading Creative Digital / Advertising agency. (Please note that we are not considering candidates from other industries.)
Key Accountabilities:
- Liaising with and acting as the link between the client and the agency, by maintaining a regular communication channel.- Meeting / discussing with clients to understand their requirements and communicating the same to the team.- Working with the team to conceptualize a digital/communication campaign that meets the client's brief.- Presenting campaign ideas and budgets to the client.- Interact with clients on a periodic basis for strategy purposes.- Handle client queries and negotiate when required and demonstrate the ability to strategically reason with the client.- Providing inputs while creating digital campaigns and strategies.- Ensuring that communication flows effectively within the agency team working on the account.- Presenting creative work to clients for approval/modification.- Overseeing the reports generation and ensuring the same are sent out timely.- Build long-term relationships with clients.- Handle a team of account managers.
Professional Skills:
- Articulate and well-accustomed to a client-facing role- Great communication, presentation skills, and client servicing skills.- Strong knowledge of Digital Account Management.- Excellent time management and organizational skills.- Proactive and self-starter.- Resilience and ability to work under pressure.
