Job Description – Territory Manager (Delhi)

Overview

We are seeking an ambitious and result-oriented
Territory Manager
to drive business growth and build a
performance-driven culture

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a 35+ member team, including Team Leaders/Assistant Managers, to drive ownership, accountability, and results.

Sales Growth:
Develop and execute consultative and competitive selling strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and long-term business growth.

Business Strategy:
Implement scalable sales initiatives that strengthen market presence and operational efficiency.

Performance Management:
Establish clear metrics, reviews, and best practices to sustain a high-performance culture.

Talent Development:
Recruit, train, and groom talent to build strong future leadership pipelines.

Collaboration:
Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and accelerate business expansion.

Sales Orientation:
A sales-driven professional motivated by numbers, consistently achieving targets
defying all the odds

Process Excellence:
Optimize sales operations to improve efficiency, productivity, and outcomes.

What We're Looking For

  • Experience
    : 4–9 years of proven success in
    sales/inside sales
    , with a strong track record in
    consultative selling
    and revenue acceleration.
  • Leadership
    : Minimum 4 years of experience managing large teams (30+ members), with the ability to
    lead by example
    and create an engaged, high-performance environment.
