Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive sales, build client relationships, and expand business opportunities. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a professional approach, and the ability to generate new business leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research and networking.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
- Generate sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and business meetings.
- Sales & Revenue Growth:
- Achieve sales targets by closing deals and securing contracts.
- Present company products/services to clients and explain benefits.
- Develop customized solutions based on client requirements.
- Market Research & Strategy:
- Analyze market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
- Provide insights and strategies to improve business growth.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients for repeat business and referrals.
- Address client inquiries and provide post-sales support.
- Reporting & Coordination:
- Prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance updates.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
- Experience: 1–5 years of experience in business development, sales, or client management.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle corporate meetings and client discussions.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
- Personality Traits:
- Confident, proactive, and self-motivated.
- Good networking and relationship-building skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in B2B or B2C sales, corporate sales, or customer acquisition.
- Prior experience in IT, real estate, finance, manufacturing, or FMCG industries is a plus.
- Knowledge of digital marketing and social media for business development.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25, ₹50,000.00 per month
