Job Overview The Relationship Manager - Banca Channel at Edelweiss Life Insurance is a junior position designed to enhance our banca sales strategy within the specified locationsRaipur, Ahmedabad, Nagpur, Pune Division, Bhopal, Rajkot, and Vadodara. This full-time role focuses on developing meaningful relationships and driving sales in the life insurance sector using strategic collaboration across multiple channels. Qualifications and Skills Proficiency in banca sales (Mandatory skill) to effectively leverage bank partnerships in promoting life insurance products. Strong ability as a relationship manager (Mandatory skill) tasked with nurturing and enhancing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction. Experience in life insurance (Mandatory skill), essential in understanding diverse insurance products and fitting them to customer needs. Capability in channel partner development to expand and optimize distribution networks. Exceptional relationship building skills to foster strong connections with clients and partners alike. Roles and Responsibilities Manage and expand relationships with existing banking partners to boost sales efficiently. Offer expert guidance and support to customers, aiding them in making informed decisions about life insurance options. Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to ensure Edelweiss Life Insurance stays ahead of market trends. Coordinate with internal teams to align product offerings and sales tactics. Report sales activities and pipeline status to higher management, ensuring transparency and accountability. Continuously improve knowledge of the life insurance landscape to serve partners and clients better.
