Vishay INDIA is currently seeking applicants for Sustainability & ESG Analyst responsible for defining, implementing and maintaining the sustainability strategy, and respective guidelines in the organization. Job Location: Vishay India (VCIPL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Vishay Intertechnology Inc, USA. Our state-of-the-art manufacturing unit is in Loni near Pune wherein around 1000 employees are employed. VCIPL has also established a Global IT support center at Magarpatta Cyber City in Pune and Sales offices at Bangalore & Delhi (NCR). Key Responsibilities: Interpret and complete customer sustainability and ESG requests on Vishay products, processes, and facilities. Collaborate with a variety of internal functions to complete customer surveys and requests for sustainability and ESG. Develop and manage processes for the coordination of requests as described above. Keep track record of all requests and queries Assist in the development of Product Carbon Footprint data across Vishay products Monitor and provide status updates for the above Participate in and support data needs for external sustainability-related programs and partnerships Contribute to sustainability reporting initiatives as necessary Should have strong technical as well as written/verbal communication skills.
