Job Summary:
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Sales Executive to drive sales and meet revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and be adept at building relationships and understanding customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve business goals.
- Convert qualified leads into sales through direct meetings, calls, and email communication.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new clients to expand the customer base.
- Conduct product demonstrations and provide in-depth knowledge to potential clients.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and agreements to close deals successfully.
- Track sales activities, prepare reports, and present to management regularly.
- Provide after-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster repeat business.
- Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell products and services to existing clients.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and customer demands.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2 years of proven experience in a sales role with a strong track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple client accounts.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented.
- Knowledge of (specific industry) will be an advantage.
Required own two wheeler with valid license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹50,000.00 per month
