Artist Management & Sales Associates (Full-Time)Pulse Innovations Networks – Artist Management Wing**Location:India (Hybrid/Remote options)**Experience:** 0–3 years (Freshers with drive welcome)Industry:Music, Live Events, Talent Management, EntertainmentAbout Pulse Innovations NetworksPulse Innovations Networks is a fast-growing entertainment & culture-tech company managing breakthrough artists, indie musicians, DJs, producers & cultural creators.We operate at the intersection ofmusic, events, digital branding & business growth .Role OverviewWe are hiring anArtist Management & Sales Executivewho can manage artists AND drive business growth.This role is perfect for someone who loves music + has a natural sales mindset + strong communication.You’ll be responsible for:Artist coordination + Show bookings + Client outreach + Lead conversions.Key ResponsibilitiesArtist ManagementAct as the primary point of contact between artists & clientsManage artist calendars, scheduling, and communicationMaintain artist EPKs, portfolios & brand decksCoordinate logistics for gigs (travel, stay, hospitality, technical riders)Sales & Business Development (Core Focus)Generate leads for artist bookings, college shows, clubs, weddings, and corporate eventsPitch artists to event organizers, festival curators & brandsConduct cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to secure bookingsConvert inquiries into confirmed businessMaintain CRM, track sales goals & monthly revenue targetsBuild long-term relationships with agencies, venues & partnersIdentify new markets, opportunities & collaboration verticalsBranding & Digital SupportAssist with artist content planning & social media updatesCoordinate with design & content teams for artist promotionResearch industry trends & competitor landscapeSkills RequiredStrong communication & people skillsSales-driven mindset with confidence in outreachAbility to negotiate deals & close clientsPassion for music, events, and artist ecosystemsKnowledge of social media + basic marketingGood at CRM tools, Google Workspace & follow-upsHigh energy, discipline, persistence, and professionalismGood to HaveExperience in sales, events, music, or talent managementCollege fest/club show/brand-side experienceUnderstanding of the Indian live music & events marketWhat You GetWork closely with rising artists in the indie + commercial music sceneCommission-based incentives on sales & bookingsCareer growth towardArtist Manager / Sales Lead / Business ManagerCreative, young, high-energy team environmentOpportunities to travel for live shows & events
