Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic Artist Manager with strong experience in the events and wedding industry, capable of managing artists, driving sales, and ensuring smooth coordination from booking to performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pitch, promote, and sell artists for weddings, corporate events, and private shows.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, event planners, and vendors.
- Identify and onboard new artists to expand the company's portfolio.
- Negotiate fees, close bookings, and manage artist contracts.
- Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, production) for event execution.
- Ensure artist satisfaction and smooth on-ground management during events.
- Stay updated on industry trends, upcoming talent, and client preferences.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in artist management, event sales, or entertainment industry.
- Proven ability to sell and close deals in the wedding or event space.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Strong understanding of artist coordination and event flow.
- Willingness to travel for meetings and events.
- Passion for music, entertainment, and luxury events.
