Customer Relationship Management : Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.Understanding customer needs and providing solutions that best fit those needs. Sales Presentations and Negotiations : Delivering sales presentations to potential clients or customers.Negotiating terms and closing sales deals to meet or exceed targets. Lead Generation and Prospecting : Identifying potential clients or leads and generating interest in products or services.Following up on leads and inquiries. Market Research and Analysis : Conducting market research to stay updated on trends, competitors, and customer needs.Analyzing data and feedback to adjust strategies for better sales results. Sales Reporting : Preparing regular sales reports and presentations for management.Tracking performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement. Product Knowledge : Staying well-informed about the company’s products or services.Communicating product benefits effectively to customers. Collaboration with Other Departments : Coordinating with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment in sales strategies.Working with customer service to ensure customer satisfaction post-sale. Sales Training and Development : Continuously improving sales techniques and knowledge through training and development programs.Mentoring junior sales staff (if applicable). Meeting Sales Targets : Ensuring that monthly, quarterly, or annual sales targets are met. Developing action plans if sales are not meeting expectations.
