
Call Center Representative

Role Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Tele-caller Intern to join our on-site team in Bengaluru. This role is critical in driving enrolments by effectively connecting with learners across India, providing clear information, resolving queries, and supporting the sales team in pre-enrolment engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Cold Calling & Lead Generation:
Make outbound calls to prospective learners to promote Unacademy's offerings.
Identify and qualify leads through effective communication.
Research and understand target audience profiles across various regions.
2. Client Interaction & Follow-Ups:
Engage with prospective learners to understand their educational needs.
Build rapport and maintain professional communication.
Schedule follow-up calls and assist in demo bookings.
3. Pre-Sales Support:
Assist the sales team by nurturing leads and sharing relevant product information.
Collaborate with team members to improve lead conversion strategies.
Share insights from calls to enhance product positioning.
4. Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain accurate records of calls, lead status, and outcomes in the CRM.
Submit regular performance reports including call volume and conversion rates.
Eligibility & Skills Required:
- Freshers or candidates pursuing/completed graduation (preferably in Business, Marketing, or related fields).
- Excellent verbal communication in English, Hindi, and Telugu (Tamil/Kannada is a plus).
- Confident, persuasive, and proactive with a positive attitude.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM tools is an added advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team.
Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
Internship Duration: 3 Months
